I originaly got this idea from @wingwave, so credits to him. But I made a revision of his Palm Tree and got so much good feed back that I am going to make a guide on. So to make the Palm Tree you will need;
- 4 leaves tinted hex15R, 219G, 0B
- 1 circle barrier tinted hex 77R, 46G, 46B
- 10 shells tinted hex 80R, 48G, 48B
First you enlarge the leaves to make them big, then you place the shells strait, curved, and the strait. Then you add the the circle barrier under the leaves to add a coconut to the tree. and you final product should look like this.
Wow that looks really good!
Thanks, i thought it did so i posted it for others to make.
Nice job! I added a difficulty.
Thanks and I gave you credit.
Yeeah, thanks. Your version is really good!
Bumping into things is getting to become a bit of a habit…
That looks really good! I will try it soon.
Great guide! The palm tree looks so realistic, I love that.
thanks this was just what i needed for a coastal area of my map
Thanks, that is what I try to aim for.
Why is this a 5/10 and a ?
Layering, hex definition, sizing, etc Art can have difficulty as well.
Yes, but 5/10 isn’t , that’s 1/10. Maybe ?
Not, sure. The color guide is not super spasific.
very nice but I think you should add some leaves between the leaves that are already there
or like put one
because you can still see the top
but yeah nice
