You know my Energy Cap guide? Make that thing. Now, duplicate the IIM and make the second one like this:

Make your Vending Machine. Wire the Vending Machine to the SECOND IIM, activating it. Make another overlay, instead with these blocks:

The other settings are the same.

Wire the VM to the first Overlay, hiding it. Wire the VM to this second one, showing it.
