I think I can help with the lore. An old legendary skater used to use it every day, until he was banished. You have to find that skater and gain his skills and knowledge to become the greatest of all time (basically side quest) Also, I’m too lazy to think of signs that help guide you to the skater (so that is for somebody else to figure out)

make a huge text or make the dots smaller ur choice with “.” in it, use grid lock
