I believe the main issue with k*llers is the hitboxes.

yes… hitboxes can be weird for both killers and survivors, that’s just mainly because gimkit’s servers being slow from loading so many games at once… so we have no control over changing it to be more “accurect”

also… if you were talking about actual roblox forsaken [1], its not what we are truly talking about… since this is about re-making forsaken into gimkit…

also… i still have the noli void rush in a docs… so lemme just get it and tweek it back to normal

Voidrush

Materials) 5 triggers, 3 game overlays, 3 counters, 3 speed modifiers, 2 damagers, and 1 tag zone
Memory usage) 2370/2%

  1. Place down your first game overlay [2] giving the
    Overlay type → Button
    Overlay text → Voidrush
when button clicked, transmit on → charge void rush
Now place down a trigger while giving it
When triggered, transmit on → void rush go
Trigger when receiving on → charge void rush
    Delay → 1 second

  2. Now we need two triggers and a counter, we place a trigger and you give i
When triggered, transmit on → voidrush time down & A (voidrush time down, A)
Trigger when receiving on → void rush go & A (void rush go, A)
    Trigger delay → 0.1
Deactivate when receiving on → voidrush ended & you hit someone (void rush ended, you hit someone)
Activate when receiving on → B
Now place your counter, make sure to give it
    Starting value → 50
Decrement counter when receiving → void rush time down
    Targer → yes
    Target value → 0
When target reached → void rush ended
Reset counter when receiving → void rush ended & you hit someone (void rush ended, you hit someone
Now place that other trigger and give it
    When triggered, transmit → B
Trigger when receiving → void rush ended & you hit someone (void rush ended, you hit someone
    Delay → 0.5

  3. Now place two more game overlays [3]
    gameO2 should have the following
    Type → button
    Text → stop
When clicked, transmit → void rush ended
    And gameO3 should have
    Type → button
    Text → voidrush
When clicked, transmit → voidrush go
Now we need to go back into gameO1
    And give it
Show overlay when → cooldown done
Hide overlay when → voidrush go
Now go to gameO2 and give it
Show overlay when → voidrush go
Hide overlay when → void rush ended, you hit someone
Now go to gameO3 and give it
Show overlay when → you hit someone
Hide overlay when → voidrush go, cooldown
Make sure gameO1, gameO2, and gameO3 all have a scope for player on both

  4. Now place three speed modifiers
The first speed modifier should have
    Speed → 0.5
Set player speed when → charge voidrush, voidrush ended, you hit someone
The second speed modifier should have
    Speed → 1
Set player speed when → normal speed
And the third speed modifier should have
    Speed → 1.5
Set player speed when → voidrush go

  5. now place down your tag zone, last counter, and two damagers
    The tag zone should have
Tagging team → (team the killer is on)
    Respawn when tagged → no
    Tag distance → 2
    Activate on start → no
Activate when receiving → voidrush go
Deactivate when receiving → Voidrush ended, you hit someone
When player tagged → hit voidrush
When player tags → you hit someone
    The counter should have
    Starting value → 0
Increment counter when → hit voidrush
    Target → yes
    Target value → 2
When targeted reach → slam damage
    Reset when → slam damage
    The first damager should have
    Damage amount → 10
Damage player when → hit voidrush
And the second damager should have
    Damage amount → 30
Damage player when → slam damage

  6. Now place your last counter and place three triggers
    The counter should have
    Starting value → 0
Increment counter when → slam damage
    Target → yes
    Target value → 1
When target reached → voidrush ended
    Reset when → cooldown
Now place your first trigger and give it
    When triggered → normal speed
Trigger when receiving → you hit someone
    Delay → 0.5
    The second trigger should have
When triggered → normal speed, cooldown
Trigger when receiving → voidrush ended
    Delay → 0.5
Now place your last trigger and give it
    When triggered → cooldown done
    Trigger when receiving → cooldown
    Delay → 20
Allowed team → (team the killer is on)

And that should be it, thank you for reading all of this if you are gonna make voidrush

  1. check your ping, it might be to high ↩︎

  2. ill be calling this gameO1 ↩︎

I agree that the hitboxes are funny but it really has to do with ping and slow servers as you said.

But another thing is if you try to make a tag zone 3 block tag zone you still have to be right on top of the runner. But the runners see you really far away.

We need to make an extended tag zone system using the player distance and stuff…

Just a heads up for those who dont wanna read all the replies! The guide is no longer editable :sob: if you wish to add onto it please reply with your instructions.

Why isn’t it editable - and also, if it isn’t, should we remove WIP from the title?

Its not editable because the guide was reaching the Storage limit.
we should probably remove the WIP from the title but we should let Colton decide

And they tried to make a part 2 of this but it got flagged

We cant edit any of it including the WIP

I would love to take it out lol

I think you should speak to jeffo about this if you want it reopened. One of your old sub creators is inactive as well. [1] You could just ping Jeff here if you want. I would like to help suggest some ideas for this as well if it is properly reopened.

  1. I’m sorry but what is Astrals bio btw, can somebody explain? ↩︎

Not quite, Lolz. Ma bio means and will never mean anything.
Surely we need a second one to continue?

Good solution, but there needs to be a way to detect collision between the k*ller and the survivor in order to deal 10 damage (or 10 + 30 damage for void slam).

That’s what the tag zone does.

That’s easy. Use a tag zone that doesn’t respawn when tagged. The hunter should be on a separate team, so you just need to wire the tag zone so that when player gets tagged, damager deals damage.

:index_pointing_up:  Erm Actually

You would need to wire the tag zone to a trigger that checks if the player is using the block ability and if they are not it activates the damager.

So how specifically does this tag zone work?
Maybe a more in depth explanation, because I’m not skilled in these sort of things. Thank you.

can i get a link i wanna test it out for what you got so far

It’s a normal tag zone, just with the “respawn when tagged” setting turned off. What more is there to explain T-T.

Its a guide…

If you want to know how to do it…
