Hey, has anyone made any progress on an LMS system? I was thinking that it could have something to do with a live player counter maybe.

Tbh… i dont think anyone here has ;-; so we [1] should probably make one

Yep… thats the main part… we do the same thing as ending the game, expect with one survivor left and have the counter start whole new system of time, so the main thing we would need to focus on is changing the timer, that shouldn’t be too hard… right?

Also im not gonna make it… i fried my brain when making void rush, so aint no way i can use my brain to make this ;-;

Can’t we like to use a game ender with a trigger to make it end the game? and maybe make like a custom timer?

Yeah… thats how we make a time system normally
We use multiple triggers [1] a counter… and a end game device… right now we need to make it so its like
Lms starts → main timer stop going down
Lms starts → lms timer starts going down

Also slow-mo is a thing rn… since you posted… you cant post for 30 minutes

Im building an LMS thing in my game as of now and the way i have it is it checks how many players on team1 aka runners were K.O then checks how many there were to start with and it maths to see if it = 1 player left

If true it changes a property to true then starts an LMS sequence stoping and reseting the main timer for next round and hiding that overlay showing a new timer aka the LMS timer and that counts down and everyone is warned that LMS has started and you can guess what happens from there

Or maybe find a way to just set a property, broadcast to lms, then set timer to like 75 or somethin

with the new killers (sixer and nos), a gimkit recreation of forsaken would be practically impossible.

not to mention vee’s spray paint, SK8 and stuff ;-;

anyone got any ideas for those killers?

yea, I agree it’s impossible to do nos and sixer their movesets are to complex for gimkit’s engine.

Well, I know that Sixer’s M1 and Blood Rush are definitely possible, Demonic Pursuit might be possible, but Sixer’s passives and Eviscerate aren’t. Nos idk what his abilities are. I went on the forsaken wiki to check and yeah most of his abilities aren’t possible :/.

Probably not, but maybe you can make the phase mode or something idk, unless you made it so every single wall had like some button which lets you keep skating or something.

I’d say his (Or was it her?) passive of going faster when running towards highlighted survivors is actually quite possible. You’d really just need some simple math and a way to fetch the coordinates of all the highlighted survivors, combined with getting the direction Sixer is moving. All of this is possible in Gimkit.
Blood rush is entirely possible. It essentially just does the following:

  • Turns everyone’s screens red, which can be done with a barrier over the whole map.
  • Sets the timer to spooky text, which can be done by adding a new block to the timer overlay.
  • Makes the game unable to end, which can be done by adding an extra condition to trigger the end of the game.
  • Highlights all survivors near you, which can be done with the existing aura highlight system (wait, do we have one of those?) and tracking the coordinates of all survivors to see if they are near Sixer.
  • Is reset if Sixer gets a kiII, which can easily be achieved with a knockout manager.

Eviscerate is essentially just a walk speed override with a gashing wound at the end, and we already have walk speed override to an extent, although it is just overriding walkspeed and activating a tag zone. Gashing wound also already exists.

sk8 is possible to an extent. The increased speed and the phase mode are absolutely doable, but the tricks, bumper mode, and decreased turn control + lack of speed control aren’t.
Vandalism is impossible unless we have pre-placed spots for the graffiti.

Hey could anyone show me some pictures on how to make a slash mechanic? I’m a little confused on creating one and pictures would help :blush:

I don’t think we have a highlight system but we could use the notification device maybe, if that’s possible. Correct me if not

you know i had an idea for highlighting that did not use waypoints but used player positions instead.
