I wanna unite us to stand up for ourselves but nobody would listen to me .

I don’t know what kinda story you have, because Kormorant is pretty spot on.

I don’t disagree that it took up some of Jeff & Josh’s time, but it is completely wrong to demote the literal most active people on the forum just because you all don’t have time to handle it. The whole reason they promoted twofour was because they didn’t have time for the forum in the first place!

Either way, they’re paying us 0 attention, and this place is suffering because of it. People are spam flagging and posts aren’t getting cleared for days, and off topic posts sit open and listed for an eternity, while in just hours or even minutes one of the TL4s would always clean it up.

The way I see it, literally nothing positive has come out of the demotion. Other than maybe more free time for me. But like in general for the whole community, it’s just way more clogged, way more off-topic, so many more flagged posts and random content. Everything has been negative.

So sure, maybe they don’t have to deal with more emails and complaints about us (ps: while twofour took most of the blame, it’s just because they were the mod- they honestly made the right decision more often than everybody else, and they always asked for everybody’s opinion- such a great person altogether), all of that time isn’t being spent on us at all.

Here’s the most important thing I’ll say:

If their time was taking up the opportunity for them to be on the forums more, than sure, the demotions would be completely justified, and I wouldn’t be here complaining. But I am, because they are spending no more time with their freaking own website community, and instead continue to show that they don’t care about us, but rather about Gimkit itself. Which, by the way, continues to get worse, so like honestly wth.

I’d really like to stand up for this community, but I have no voice. Honestly, other than like maybe bh I don’t think anybody can change their mind. The fact I still stick around is insane. I wanna rebel, but there’s nothing I can do that will actually make a change. When I thought I found a place I could be worth something- nope. Just as worthless as in my daily life.
