Debate about Unnecessary Tags

I think we should mass delete the PSA titles and tags. And come up with a solid core that PSAs can follow.

Rename them all to something else.
PSA stands for Public Service Annoncement, which is what they were designed to be: Something that frequent members of the community used to update the forums with info, since the devs usually aren’t on here.
