This guide has a really long list of ideas. They’re not all possible or helpful, but they’re a good starting point.

..umm, i dont think they are asking for npcs
And the power list is a bit random, no offense
Anyways, i would assume it is a platformer
Ability ideas:
Enrage(boost att and speed)
Counter( damage enemy when they fire gadget in countering time and remove the enemy projectile)
Fire breath( enemies in the direction you face receive constant damage, lasts for 5 seconds max)
Block1(get some dynamic diamond for a short while and remove them)
Block2(get temporary shield)
Army of the dead(summon sentries)
Galactic incineration (send nearby enemy to an area with constantly attacking sentries for 10s)
A rift in time(tp to middle of the arena)
Sword strike(aoe around you)
Whimsical offense(get good gadgets for a short time)
Illusion(get enemy to look at a random camera view instead for a short while)
Shock(enemy in the direction you are facing will be stunned, with a uncloseable popup over their screen for a short while)
