Hey, @Kormorant here. Today, I’m going to show you how to make an elevator with a working elevator operator! I originally made this for my Gimkit Hotel game. Without further ado, let’s get started!

Step 1

OH your using platformer? I’m not going to say it’s impossible, but I don’t know if you can do that yet. Let me see if I can find another guide

Just have teleporters that bring you upwards. You could also animate the elevator along with it. Make sure they can’t just jump out too.

I agree with HtH. I highly doubt you can make a “fancy” elevator, well yet anyways

well I tried it with teleporters a thousand times but it doesn’t but I still found a solution.

Based on old knowledge it should be easy place teleporters in the air at certain spots. Have the floor and wall of the elevator spawn after the first teleporter teleports. If you have a teleporter above another teleporter gravity will make you fall into the one below which will tp you to the next channeled teleporter. Do that and you should have a functioning elevator.
