is there a way to make a sentry move while playing the game?

Can you make sentries teleport?

You could deactivate one and then activate another, but you can’t make things move per se

Josh and the Gimkit Team are working on it but it’s not a high priority.

Zones no longer affect sentries because josh patched it.

Yeah, this kind of messed up my game which was sad. But yes, for now you can no longer move sentries with gadgets bbsi o7.

The only way to do this (currently) is by activating and deactivating several sentries.
