no this is just math not going towards the cause of this post ;-;
I just decided to visit gimkit, and i see this. Yāall r 2 smartā¦.or Iām dumbā¦ā¦
same But I kinda understand it. (the code version)
The ones represent the answer of this problem, the function checks if there is a prime number at 1 and outputs 1 if so or 0 if not. I honestly am not quite sure but I think thatās about right.
Heās asking for help because he needs this for cryptography and generating prime numbers.
@Blackhole927 - Are we allowed to make a thing which asks for help solving the Collatz Conjecture in GKC?
What the ? what is that?
Good lord just make a padlet or something for this PLEASE
well its not here! thats what matters!
Itās sorta like the WIX.
Iāve never really gotten prime #s, so could some one help please?
Basically in a nutshell their only factors are 1 and itself
@Shadow.exe
Like 11ās only factors are 1 and 11 making it prime, not composite
brain still fails to compute this
What is confusing about it?
I still donāt understand. you would think, that after 8 years of math, I would understand. but NOPE. not me. like 1 in itself? what does that mean? Iām sorry my ADHD makes it difficult to understand stuff.
itās like 1 * 3
itās a prime number because thereās no way to get 3 by multiplying unless you multiply by 1
OHHHHHHH okay, but how would that work for other numbers? iām stupid. I just realized what you meant. resolved.
Havenāt watched the video, but what I said earlier is incorrect. Iāll watch now.
