How could I make people take damage when they’re touching a wall
You could use lasers on the wall… but that would take a lot of memory

That’s also the only way to do it.
Or maybe you could use zones around the sides
there probably is another way that i don’t know

(Zone) Player Enters Zone --> (Laser Beam) Activate Laser
You can also use Triggers for uneven areas or if it’s just a small area and would be more memory-efficient.

Pseudo-Health.
Pseudo-health is tricking the game into using a property for health. Since it is a property we can set it to start at 100 (or 200 for shield) or some absurd number like 10,000.

The default value is the amount of health that you want to start with.
If you want a zone to deal damage without using lasers do player entered zone (zone) → trigger (trigger) that trigger would subtract any amount you want from the property.

Lasers are more cost/memory-efficient though so it’s the most viable option.

Why would you activate it when they enter the zone? why not just have it there the entire time?

note:
this takes up 75 x 4 = 300 memory (assuming lasers are already placed)
otherwise, its 250 + 75 x 3 = 475 memory
thats honestly not a lot of memory
