Hi! In a current game called 🇴 🇧 🇧 🇾 🇨 🇪 🇳 🇹 🇷 🇦 🇱 and I am currently making the harder portion of the central itself (This is a lobby that involves different obbies you can go to). This chart is designed to test limits and have similar mechanics to Insane/Remorseless levels (ETOH). I need some ideas, thanks.
In the lobby how do want it to be like(in a portal)?
Its mostly a lobby place where you can choose different obbies to play, some harder than others. The part I’m talking about is the COFT chart, which is another accessible Obby I’m going to build.
You can use these guides to help!
So, you need jump ideas?
No. Im talking about original, harder ideas! Like a perpendicular jump (jump off a blast an entity fired). Something like that!
Oh, circle jumps, slope jumps, and more. Here’s a guide:Wiki Catalog for Types of Platforming Jumps
No thanks, those are overused. I’m talking about unique jumps you would need to Google how to do before you could complete that certain stage.
Oh, ok. Let me think…
how about some nice 89 degree slope jumps ![]()

Add like a camera jump-a camera point is making your screen in a different position while you have to do the jumps.
How would that work?
Slope jumps, from one to another, placed like wall jumps, going up. Those would be crazy.
I barely see any circular slopes happening in platformers.
Add some where you strategically fall to find where you need to jump next, since your field of view doesn’t show you the next jump.
Not, like, jumping on circles.
Sloping on big circles.
Circulars are REALLY common and easy. What about reverse-neo head hitters?
That’s what I meant sorry. Is there any way to like alter the screen for gimkit itself? It would be sick to have a part in the Obby where you are upside down. Or at least alter the gravity.
I just created it(I think). I’ll tell you how it works. But I have to go somewhere. Maybe someone else could tell or you’ll have to wait.
You can’t make it upside down(i think) but you can make it so that the players screen is stuck somewhere for a amount of time.
Gravity altering might be coming after the release of DLD 2.
As for the screen, you could certainly simulate that with camera points and views.
I see. What is a camera point?
It’s a device that keeps your area view stuck in one place until it is deactivated.
