You make a bossfight…by making a bossfight :exploding_head:! I’m just kidding, but elaborate. What do you need help with specifically?

Just a way how to make the boss work, like how much health it has or how much damage it does, because I’m more of a ui guy

Welcome the forums @MicahDino!
If you want read our FAQ - Gimkit Creative.
Anyways… check this guide out it might help!

Also as a new user you only have 10 replies so use them wisely! (Try editing your past posts by clicking the small pencil icon by your reply)

Edit: Also that guide only covers how to make the boss bar not the attacks, I will try to find any guides with images on the attacks.

This may help, although one of the pictures is missing. You can go into sentry settings to change the damage and health.

This guide might help you with boss appearances, it’s not mine trust trust:

Here’s a tip: You always want to make the boss bigger than normal. That always makes boss fights better.

I made a really good boss one time

you can make a bunch of little sentries that oof when one big one is knocked out
if u give the little ones blaster and set fire rate to max it makes a really cool boss fight

  1. you could use sentries. the difficulty of the boss fight can be increased or decreased by changing the sentry’s gadget or reload speed. the only downside is that there’s no way to make a healthbar.

  2. you could stack a ton of props with a certain amount of health. that way the game can detect how much damage ur doing. the only downside is that this solution is kinda bashy and kinda undesirable

  3. to add on to #2, you can make the boss thats made out of props fight you by periodically summoning lasers using triggers[1]

  1. you can do this by taking advantage of the trigger delay feature, if i have something triggered with a delay of 10 as soon as the bossfight starts, the thing that corresponds to the trigger will be summoned after 10 seconds. so u can make something kinda like a timeline ↩︎

Im Pretty Much Done With The Fight, Just Gotta Wait until wednesday to get my gimbucks. Also I’d Love to make it multiplayer but I kinda don’t know how…?

As in make it so you can only start the game if you have 2 players or more or make the boss fight individual for each player?

No Like they Both Fight The Same Boss, And Also A Respawn Mechanic if one of them gets knocked out so they respawn after the boss is defeated
