Is the A-rooms another game or the same game somehow?
Guiding Light messages is popups and a random blue cone display, crouching is a button you press that slows you down but deactivates barriers, Seek is a barrier/prop combo with lasers
no seek can just be zones that cover the whole room slowly and the zones chase you
The Rooms is a secret path that you gotta go through 1,000 DOORS to beat it. It always can be accessed at Door 61
Timothy is part of the item randomizer that deals 5 damage.

And last but not least: Rush. Rush is kinda hard, but just a zone in front of the door that flickers the lights. Then after 4-5 seconds if the player is not in a closet they respawn/d1e

Rush is actually easy its the same idea for seek chase just zones that quickly start covering the room
