The Toxic Fishing System!

Yes, THERE HAVE BEEN GUIDES ON THIS. But this is my strat, and it’s pretty easy. Okay, some of the probabilities are the same, but yeah.
For reference, here are the guides:

Finished product:

So, with that said, let’s begin!

Da Super Duper Bait Check

The first thing we need to do is make the fishing areas. (Just put a bunch of water.)
Now, put buttons spaced apart so you can actually fish. Make the buttons look like this:

And now you need a checker.

A Crash Course to Da Randomizer

This will randomize the fish so that you don’t get the blue raspberry flavor the same amount of times as the mud flavor.
Item Granter:

You want the item to be bait in the settings.

Da Numbers For Da Fishies

Now, this is the hard part. (kinda.)
You need 3 IIM’s, 3 item granters, and 3 properties. Wow!
Luckily, I only need to show 1 of each, as they’re the same, just with different fish.
IIM:

Item Granter:

Property:

Now do the same thing for the other 2 fish. Done? All right.

Selling Stuff For Da Money

Now, get a table of your choice and a button inside it.

You’re almost done! Get a trigger.

Get 3 item granters.
All of them are the same thing, just with different fish.

And… You’re done!
Please don’t say “NoICEEee GuiDEs ToCIcX!” (or else)
The like button exists instead.

For The Nerds (how it works)

Basically, this just makes it so that when you fish, it runs a check. If there is bait, then it grants -1 bait, and it randomizes the fish you get. Once you get the fish, you can sell. And the properties (the number of the fish) are multiplied by the fish sell value. And you grant that amount of cash.

Extras

Other Fishing Areas For Dat Cash

You just build this fishing system, and you customize the fish! And the area itself.

Da Epic Amazing Rod

So, you want a different rod, right? So make the rod, and you remember that Item Granter with the probabilities? Deactivate that, and activate a new one. (I think) Also, that trigger? Deactivate that, and activate a new one!

Dude what did I say—
Did you even read the guide?

I did read it. I’m gonna use it for my new map. Thanks for the help!

Nice guide.
(lol, the poll closes in 7975 years)

GUYS READ THIS
Like, genuinely. This is causing clutter, so please stop.
I appreciate that you’re being nice, but please.

Toxic is saying not to comment generalized “good guide” and etc, so anything like ___ guide is clutter. Just use the like button…(like Toxic said…)

Anyways, Toxic, this is an interesting guide and I wouldn’t have thought to do it this way, with properties. Well then again, I don’t use properties…[1]

But which guide out of all of those is most memory efficient?

  1. dropdowns…? :worried: ↩︎

That’s why I deleted the post.

I used 3% memory. Not bad, right?

PROPERTIES ARE GOATED
They’re actually the best device. It, and the trigger.

Yeah, 3% is pretty good.

Don’t get on to me for not using properties :sob: I haven’t been able to hook up the systems properly. But yea they are fire. And so are triggers.

NoICEEee GuiDEs ToCIcX!

But for real, couldn’t you have just done if/else for the item granter instead of adding 3 if statements?

Some constructive criticism:
Explanation: 0/10
There is no explanation here on why this system works. Make sure that you add one so that way people can understand how the system works
Rarity: 5/10
Like you said this has been done before.
Fun: 1/10
Add some humor! Make this guide fun to read. Otherwise people might as well read a textbook ._.
Pictures: 7/10
Good job on the amount of pictures, however they are very grainy and hard to see.
Effort: 5/10
There isn’t much effort in the guide itself but it seems there was effort put into the system.
Spelling & Grammar: 10/10
I couldn’t find any errors.
Formatting: 0/10
There is no formatting here. Please use things like:

  • Bullet points
Dropdowns

Bars: - - -

One of

the three

different headers

This makes your guide easier to read.

Overall: 4.1/10
Use the points above to make your guide better

No reason. That’s just easier to copy/paste.
@harharharhar83, I WILL improve it.
Is it better?

Is it better now?

This is pretty cool, but is there any way to update rods, or better luck in different places like some other guides? No. So, not to be mean, but if you’re gonna create a guide with already others like it, at least make it better.

So, you want other rods?
Sure! And better luck?
I’ll do that.
(also, what would happen for this to be a tug?)

This isn’t going to be a tug. Tugs contain a lot of info, and are generally community-wikis. I know we’ve ventured off…
but that’s what they’re supposed to be. Like the old TUGTED.

No, but what IS the definition of a tug?

Well, there’s not really a set definition. It stands for The Ultimate Guide, so really it’s just a guide on a huge area, and containing a lot of high-quality information (which is why it’s called “ultimate”).
