Need Ideas for a big game

Hello fellow creators. I am the creator of a game called flag taggers. This is my first post on the forum. I would like some ideas for a game going to be like call of duty multiplayer. I intend on making different modes, a settings menu for the host, create a class, different maps, and perks. If you have any ideas for my game or ways I can balance out gadgets, reply to the post.

I might do that. It would take a lot of work since I have trouble making Infection as its own game. :sweat_smile:

maybe make some quest so the players can get some better gadgets like collating metal or something like that

I started a bit ago. I did a test game but I did not like it so just half an hour ago I restarted, so I do not have much. But any info would be helpful! Players will have 150 health, so can you provide me with gadget info on that?

The rarities have different damages I think. I like to think of each gadget as a gadget type from Cod (LMG, SMG, AR, SG etc.) Do you get what i’m saying here? Sorry if this sounds rude I don’t mean to be rude at all.

  • Obligated Tank Class
  • Obligated Speedy Class
  • Sneaky class?

As far as a map idea, you could use a bunch of snowy terrain and prop types mixed in with some concrete barriers at each teams base, maybe theming the teams around Echo and Vortex, and having the map in a U-shape with a base at either end and a bunch of tunnels and raised platforms connected to portals atop the cliffs surrounding the valley, accomplished by varying terrain layers. Kind of similar to the Halo Sidewinder map, but without the sci-fi tech obviously. Also, you will get to reply more tomorrow, you only get 3 replies a topic on your first day. @FlagTaggers you could try a domination/king of the hill mode or maybe a hard point and make them with the “zone” in devices.

That’s just a template right? Because it looks a little bland otherwise. If you have season ticket, i would suggest using the apocalypse props, otherwise use the fall tree and bush variants for foliage, metal scraps, and concrete barriers to add some detail. Also, layer your terrain instead of just having a dull floor wall two layer contrast.
