like you need to enter certain numbers in order to activate something
You can’t enter numbers in gimkit but there is ways to make a keypad using triggers
Like using 1 in the keyboard
like this guide shows you how to
This is a guide for how to make a code-entering system for maps like escape room. I’m not sure if there are other guides like this, but I came up with this by myself, so please note that if it is similar to anyone else’s, I didn’t try to copy them, and I’m making this also because I haven’t seen any guides that use my way. And while this guide is about ANY-digit codes, I’m going to use a 3-digit code as my example. Okay, let’s start - I hope its helps you with your map!
YOU WILL NEED TO USE BLO…
It doesn’t have pictures
or this
In this guide I will show a way I found to make a passcode using counters with NO BLOCK CODE! WARNING: this looks pretty messy while building and takes a long time to make. It also uses a lot of memory. But if you are like me and hate block code, you should use this guide. Anyways:
For this guide I am going to do a three-digit code, but you could do however many you want. The I am using will just be simple, using 2-4-6 as the code.
first you need a counter. put this wherever you want the first…
Hope this helps!

Neither of the provided guides have pictures
One way you could do this is by having an array of item granters, all granting a safe amount of the same item. You have one that grants 1, one that grants 10, one that grants 100, and so on. Then you do the same for negative numbers. Give each one a button or zone that grants the items and label them. Then, you have a button to enter the code. The button links to a checker that checks if the number of items you have is equal to the passcode.
You should also have an inventory item manager that ensures the max amount of the item the player can have is 9999, one 9 for each digit.

You can but it will take lots of memory and provide limited phrases that activate stuff.

True, but does this one actually rely on pictures? Also, the OP already marked a solution so does it really matter?
