So I’m making a TD game (Tower Defense) and I have most of the beginning part set up, but I need some ideas for the actual maps that you play & vote on.
Ask @CassiusDoomlorde . He says they are a headache.

Have different biomes with different difficulty levels like grasslands, arctic, desert, rainforest, etc.

Maybe look at a Tower Defense in Discovery and discover the mechanics.

some biome ideas for each map:
Grassland
Egyptian
Sea
Forest
Snow
Emberwall (medieval)
Hellscape (maybe one of the harder levels.)
Candyland
Sky/Cloud (Heaven-themed.)
Space
i might add to this if i get new ideas.

TD is one of if not the hardest game to make in GKC. Good luck!
Yeah tower defense is really hard, but it also matters how simple/in depth you decide to go

You could use yourself as the “enemy” and the sentries as the towers. If you get to the end, you win! You can make it longer or shorter depending on difficulty.

Ok. Tower defense used to be a thing with sentries as enemies that get teleported along a path. That can’t happen now ( bbsi ) because the Gimkit team ( bbsi ) decided to ‘patch’ sentry-device interactions. bbsi

So I’m building tower defense. However, due to sentry limits and the end of sentry interaction, the enemies literally have no real health. They only have psuedo health. The problem is, I need to have the health value
a) be associated with a specific enemy
b) scale with the rounds
c) shift to stay with the same enemy as the enemies move down the track
and meantime save as much memory as possible.
I’m confused how to do this.
So we have a coordinate system. It’s fine, but it uses way too many blocks, like if you have an m by n rectangle, it will use 700*(m+n) memory! So this guide will NOT use blocks but will rather use the beloved PCPs to overcome this issue.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how you can add coins/collectables to your game.

It is very hard.
I suggest waiting for a guide [if I ever finish], or finding very good device people to help you.
Also, due to memory issues, making multiple maps likely not be possible.
