Here Is a day and night cycle guide

You can use a barrier as the backround and do a trigger timer that resets each other every time it hits 90 with a 1 sec delay

@GregDav123 If anyone Solved this please mark a solution and if not tell us what else you need

For @TheCatIsCrazy

I couldn’t understand it at all Lol
You have a guide???

Here, this may help…

Ah, Immortal_Cap was faster lol

As for the sky changing color, just use a no collision barrier… (I would recommend you set the barrier color to black or dark purple)

Make a black barrier cover your entire map, make it have no collision (no collision option is in all options). Then make the black barrier activate on “night” and deactivate when receiving on “day”. The barrier should not be active on game start.

Add a lifecycle that transmits on “day”, then get a trigger that starts when receiving on “day” and triggers “night”, make the delay how long you want it to be day.

Get a second trigger, make this one start when receiving on “night” and trigger “day” after a certain amount of time, the delay will be how long you want the night to be.

Ummm, Jhan’s later on in the guide is more easy. Mine does work tho…

@JustAToaster It works! But I need to make it work when its night enemy’s become visible and light them invisible plus the games starts at light

If the game starts at night just make the lifecycle trigger “night” and the barrier visible on game start.

Also to make enemies become visible at night just make sentries activate when its night and deactivate when its day.

How do I do that?
Pictures would rlly help if u can.

Then get a sentry, make it whatever gim and gadget and difficulty you want. Make the sentry deactivate when receiving on “day” and activate when receiving on “night” with a respawn time of your choice.

(Most of this was copy pasted from my previous post but edited a bit so it would be easier to explain)

@JustAToaster Can I make it follow u like 99 Nights.
The sentry teleport close to u so I need to keep running during the night
Btw the sentry at night works!
Like with triggers like it teleports slowly to you.
And every player has their own deer chasing them.

No, Im pretty sure you cannot, at least not without consuming a ton of memory.

Sentries cannot move yet and probably will never be able to.

So you would need hundreds of pre placed sentries for this to work.

Unfortunately, sentries take up 1000 memory (if its a custom gim)

Edit - What you can do is make a bunch of sentries spread out through the map so that the player only sees 1 or 2 at a time.

Is this what you were looking for?

The pics were deleted :frowning:
Also when you click a button it gives you a random item!
Also I only understand very simple stuff.

Darn, I was still finding a randomizer guide, you beat me to it.

Is this for another game?

If so this needs to be in another help topic.

If not, you can use this guide, it doesn’t need pictures.

But If you don’t want to use blocks then Im pretty sure its impossible to make a randomizer, sorry.

Same game it is like 99 Nights in the forest and when u save a kid there is a chest (button with a prop over it) that grants you something with chance
