Can someone help me im making a doors map and dont know how to make it look like doors are moving or any doors at all any way to make custom props by any chance?

Best method out of all of these:
Step 1: Go to creative.
Step 2: make a barrier rectangle.
Step: 3: add a circle barrier knob to it.
