Just add lasers everywhere that take away all health and shield. Or add a team switcher device to switch everyone to spectator mode.

That will end the game. The OP wants to remove the healthbar with a nuke.

or you can make a button that respawns all players using a relay

The guide linked does not indicate it deals damage. To add to the nuke, we can combine it with the posion fog guide:
Map the poison fog with the explosion effect to make the damage consistent with the explosion particles.
