Make the walls a layer higher than the floor

Out of curiosity: Can you send Screenshots of your entire game or did you just started the lobby?

oml,

  1. layering your terrain is good NO MATTER WHAT, mainly because it makes the floor and walls not combine and makes it look better, I guess you want to get wywy’d by sir wywy.
  2. alright I get that
  3. props can be sized to be smaller
  4. they never said that it had to be that big, maybe just a little more space.
PLEASE, don’t do this when it seems you don’t know what your talking about.

I agree. This is yet, the most amazing lobby ever. I’l make sure to try to play the game! (if I find it) Say, do you need a thumbnail for that game? I can make one if you give me a few details!

._. but layering pls

I don’t have anything for the game yet, just the lobby. And yeah, sure! If you want to do it, I will gladly take a thumbnail!

You want honesty? I’ve come to the right place.
For the most part, this is pretty good.
The shape is… ehh… oblong?
I do advise centering the text and making it more unique. Make the room symmetrical. Play around with no collision props and layering.
Other than that, it looks pretty shmazzy!

set the floor to a lower layer than the wall so the walls outline goes up a bit. its a small change but it makes the whole thing look better

Ok. Honesty? Alright.

  1. Don’t bump your own help topic after 4 hours, please. It’s just good forum etiquette
  2. PLEASE LAYER YOUR WALLS! With the kind of walls you have, you need to have the edge piece around to make it seperate from the floors. Plus, you’ll also get your surrounding edge for your lab floor too
  3. Maybe a more open floor plan? In the middle where you scrunch it, I don’t think that’s what you should do. I would encourage a more open lobby, not one that makes it feel crowded
  4. Add some pre-game instruction! It’s good for players to get a good idea of what the game is beforehand. Now if the game is complex and you’ll have instructions at the beginning of the game, that’s fine too, but lobby instructions can be nice
  5. Hidden room? I see you have that crate in the bottom right, maybe add some more, turn off collision with one of them, and add a teleporter that uses groups to take you to a secret room! That secret room might give extra hints or tricks, anything to keep the player engaged and give them the edge
  6. More props? When you make it a bit more open, also add more props to make it feel alive. I would suggest adding flags, tables, bookshelves, and lots of plants, as well as everyday items like books, computers, and muffin trays. You can also use item images to help achieve this goal

Those are my remarks! Hope this helps!
