i meant coming in and out of a device. there is only one slot for channels of a kind, but if you want two seperate things triggering the same action on the same device, one of them will have to be a wire

Another reason why channels are superior.

Although you can argue that there is no channel option for a counter for "When target value reachedā€¦ " so you MUST use wires.
