what a showcase channel?!?!??!
wait just to finish only leader and mod should be able to edit other post without permission from the creator of the post/topic. and now i thought about it this should have the ideas tag
A showcase channel is a place where people can post their creative games.
He does, I totally agree with him
gotta admit and i probaly hate it but i do agree after what i seen here and the rules i seen and what other people said about a griefer i donāt think they gonna be posting or allowing a showcase channel on here anymore. also thanks @Blackhole927 for telling me.
I would have said he does not have a point, but i changed my mind. What would be the point of the forums if weāre going to get a showcase channel? What would be the point of the wixsite?
i think a showcase channel would be great
Well, weāre not getting it.
Lets change the title to Unnecessary Tags Debate.
I got you
If there is a showcase channel, this would really defeat the point of the forums. You arenāt getting help with people anymore, youāre just looking at peopleās maps instead. Itāll defeat 2 points:
-
The Gimkit Forum Community (Used for Asking Help, 90% of people would be inactive because they would play peopleās maps on the showcase channel)
-
The Wixsite (That site is used to share gamecodes/publish links.)
You could also do that on the Gimkit Discord.
and very sad to say this but without a showcase channel people that wanted to share their link and that is on a school acc sadly wonāt be able to do it because it will be blocked to the people who is using a school acc.
Time to rename the beginner must read tag. Before I do that, which guides should I remove it from?
I would say to keep the ones that tell you things that are not fully described on the faq, but make sure they are all important.
Yeah, most of them are actually pretty on-target.
We could funnel some of the beginner gimkit creative tutorials into like gimkit basics or something.
try looking at the beginner must read tag.
I have. If I remember today, Iāll probably rename them anyway.
You can rename tags? How?
