yeah, but how are they against the rules?
yes agreed with @CringeKarlScott
bro people have made thumbnail requests all over the forums and I haven’t seen anyone say: “flag this because it’s against the rules” (sorry for probably being rude…)
just came back from @LEPRECON2024 ’s topic witch was also a thumbnail request
no that wasn’t rude you were just telling him your opinions on it
hi!
can you please take some of the wisdom of @semicolon ?
There is actually a system in place to stop generic compliments. Note the following image:
This is in place to stop people from simply saying “Nice guide!” And causing clutter.
Here is the definition of spam:
The comments section, for a guide like this, is for asking questions or proposing new ideas about the guide. When you make posts that don’t fall under this category, those are spam, because they are irrelevant to the topic.
If you’re going to leave a post complimenting a guide, put some thought into it. Stop like farming compliments like this. “This will be useful to a lot of maps” can be applied to most guides on this forum. If you want to leave positive feedback on a guide, there’s a like button. That’s plenty.
Ok, I’m done with my rant now. Just please, please, leave actual useful comments on guides, and not just some basic generic response cr@p.
