IT checks for closeness of a prop or something and it will be kinda like the pet system
except this would have a WHOLE lot of animation until moving sentries come out
even with barriers and props it would be memory and time consuming
Yeh! What if there is a player hidden somewhere controlling where the ghost goes
That would be easier than making a whole following type of system
or that so randomized path or a certain path repeating over and over again
again, I don’t want an easy way out, I want it accurate. I don’t care if its hard or not. asking me to take the easy way out which comes at the cost of accuracy is annoying especially when that’s not what I want.

God I do not even know how the pacman ghosts even work I see them move around aimlessly then they go for player randomly
and if you get cornered if you keep going straight somehow their code tells them to move away

I did, I’ll take note of that, It’s just that in Pac-Man the ghosts have different phases,
Chasing
Evading
and Scouting (I think)
so I’ll need a way to make those other 2
man they really had such basic code back then but then they have THAT
chasing evading and scouting!
what if some people work on one and some people work on the other?

well chasing won’t be the hardest if you track them and evading tho
wait wait if we copy what har har said but for when they turn blue/they evade its har hars system but reversed
Well it could be like the host is the one controlling the Ghosts and another person is pac man.
yeh thats what we were thinking but fleet like most of us is stubborn
I already stated it will be able to be played single player, so that idea isn’t possible
Yea but how would you get the ai to chase you and not just move around aimlessly
so yeh if you get more info from har har and maybe if they get more descript about it
you could use it
