What mechanics can I introduce in my tower game?

So I’m making a rising difficulty tower game, and I need some ideas on what things to include to it. So far, I’ve got hard laser jumps, slope jumps, and even objects that need to be deactivated with the use of buttons. What hard jumps/mechanics should I add to this game?

Maybe do something where you have to find a key on one of the platforms to unlock a door that you need to open to continue the game.

It does have images but my pc doesnt load them for some reason…

Well some images are unavailable, but most of them are restored. Check every dropdown, because it’s probably not your computer’s fault that the images aren’t visible on your end.

I kinda already have that mechanic but instead of the key you have to find the button to continue

Maybe have a pattern of platforms that you need to jump on to give you a specific item to fight a boss or to get a cool item.
