I’m trying to make the hardest map in Gimkit. Does anybody know any hard jumps to make?
I have already made some slope jumps and falling jumps. thanks
Wall jumps. Combine slope jumps and wall jumps.
Sawtooth headhitters.
Just look at the Wiki Catalog for Types of Platforming Jumps
Oh, and I guess we are rivals now, because I’m doing that.
This jump, invented by NotYoyo. If you want something nearly impossible but still possible, you can use this. (Although such a slope jump would make me throw by keyboard/IPad across the universe). If you want something less hardcore, then refer to this wiki: Wiki Catalog for Types of Platforming Jumps
There is a very hard jump that i call a wall climb boost. Its A curved slope and You have to climb it. However to climb it, You have to jump, move into the wall, turn back, and kindof spam that.
Wall climb❌
Slope jump✅
And it’s not even close to the most difficult jump.
(It’s not even hard though)
I’m just letting you know
Here:
To make slope jumps trickier
Probably should add a respawn overlay button though (you can get stuck on these)
I think those are called wedge head-hitters. Anyways, if you want hard jumps, add small circles or very thin platforms spaced far apart.
okay here
there you go try to copy that design for very painful jumps (you can take ideas from “annoying jumps”)
did you play test the second one? that doesn’t really seem possible
It is possible if placed right but I should have probably placed it on the ground… no take backs wait… no you’re right, what I have now isn’t posible
Hi there @1HHH1 and welcome to the community!
Also, there are 13 block gap jumps
Ehhhh… slope jumps are harder? I cannot keep spamming keys on a mile long slope
Also I call blocks “studs” from Roblox because why not
Oh! I have one.
You could make an easy jump but make it high up , then make a duribility system like in knockback [1], then put a sentry with a quantum portal. Now every time they miss the jump it’ll get harder.
Not sure if that made sense
@Fergo I thought Minecraft had blocks, Roblox has studs, and gimkit has terrain.
look up a guide ↩︎
Probably not a quantum portal but something like a blaster (or zapper or wooden wand or pricklier ) (quantum portals deal too much damage)
You can also make it fire faster
Minecraft has blocks, Roblox has studs, and Gimkit can be either because saying “I was two terrain ahead of you” feels wrong.
The hardest jump for me is a slope jump wraparound combined with extended ledges.
And no, I can’t provide images right now because of China’s massive firewall and/or I am too trash at mobile placement
