Weird Bug I think

Ok, so i might just be doing this code wrong or missed a step, but i looked at this guide and made the button at the bottom that says answer questions. but, when i played the game, when i pressed the button, nothing happened. it looked like this:

its white instead of blue, and as i said before, nothing happens when i press it. Did i miss a step?
