It isn’t exactly like it, I changed a few things so it isn’t exact. And also there isn’t any jump scares, so it is only dark.

Horror games are allowed as long as they don’t have ketchup, and you are allowed to remake copyright games. There are a lot of FNAF’s and other horror games in discovery btw.

a lot of FNAF maps have been taken down due to copyright recently, and I’d expect the same with any other copyrighted game remake.

Not exactly, the game needs to be appropriate for 8 year olds, and blood isn’t the only thing that make horror games inappropriate.

Yes this is true, however if it is a parody and not a copy of the exact game, it would be fine because it fall under fair use.

  • change the lore
  • change name of the game
