The Ultimate Guide to Sonic.exe - The Disaster | WIKI [ 📜 ]

INTRODUCTION
This is going to be a guide on how to remake sonic.exe the disaster in Gimkit (this hasn’t been done before as far as I know).

Maps

this will be where maps are shown on how to make
mainly just shows props you should place and floor to use as this can just be done with your own creativity

Hill

Grey barrier with no collison over the entire map (Fog)
Props:
Trees
bushes
Decoration:
add some water at certain areas to make little ponds
if you want you can add bridges

Hide and seek act 1

Orange barrier with no collision on top layer above the entire map, to make it look like the map is on fire.
props:
dead trees
Decoration:
Water wall with orange barrier on top layer above the water to make lava

Hide and seek act 2

Dark seetrough barrier over the entire map (no collision), because its a dark cave.
props:
lamp posts, and lockers.

You cant run

metalic floor, made like an abandoned factory.
props:
broken Glass, moss over walls,

Base

use a white metallic floor (not lab floor)
props you should use are:
computers
Broken Glass

...

dungeon like area.
props:
statues, and torch holders.
decorations:
chains coming from the roof.

KindAndFair

It’s a Fair!
Props: flags, and marketplace areas

Test Zone

I guess you can just a fog here, and just do really what ever you want (no props)

Abilities
Some Sad news for ranged stuns

They wont be added until hit detection is possible

Block

block will go here when finished (both knux’s and exe’s)

Punch/HammerAttack
Materials!

1 game overlay
2 properties
1 checker
4 triggers
1 repeater
1 counter
3 speed modifiers (or 2 depending on if you have 2 different exe types or not).

Punch system

first place a game overlay and set it up like this


then place a checker and set it up like this


then make a property and set it up like this

then make these pieces of block code for the game overlay



then make a tag zone and set it up like this


then make a piece of block code

(exe team is team 2)
then place a trigger and set it up like this

then place another one and set it up like this

then make a speed modifier and set it up like this

then make a repeater and set it up like this

then make a counter and have it set up like this

Speed Boost System,

first you want to place down a Game overlay and have its settings be this


(I have the visible on start set to off because there’s multiple characters in my game, this system doesn’t need it to be off for it to work)

(THIS PART IS REQUIRED! it needs to have its visibility ( and content scope if this ability can be used by multiple people) TO PLAYER!) then you make a checker and set the settings to this


Next make a property and set the settings to this

Now we go back to the button and make 2 sets of block code!

set one of the triggers settings to this

and then you are done! its all set up!

Heal
Materials

first place a Game Overlay and set its settings like this

(this is done so that the player who activates the heal doesn’t get the extra HP.)
then make a Property and set it up like this

and then your finished!

Red ring
Materials

2 speed modifiers
1 trigger
1 damager
1 counter

Red Ring System

To set this up you place a trigger can be anywhere on the map. then you set it up like this


this makes it so you cant collect the red ring while having its affect
next you place a repeater (can be replaced with a trigger loop) and make it so that every 1 second it runs a task and that it starts when you receive a message from the trigger and make it runs for 15 seconds than place a damager and a counter set the counter to have its base value to 14 and make its target value 0, then make it so that when it reaches the target value it brodcasts a message to remove the red ring effect. for the damager you just make it so that its wired from the repeated to the damager and that it damages when the task is run, then make the damage taken 1. wires are setup like this


then place 2 speed modifiers set one up like this

than the other like this

to make this system more accurate make it so at the start of the game the player has 0% shield and only has 100 HP.

Indicator

Escape Ring
Materials

then place a teleporter and a barrier like this

set up the barrier like this

place the zone and set it up like this

then your done! ending the game when all non knocked out survivors escape or all survivors are knocked out will be taught in a different guide!

Ban System

Guide

First you place a trigger near the players spawn and the exe’s spawn. 1 trigger for each spawn.
then you make this block code for both of em

I know you want this to be a wiki, but you should add stuff to it before you post even if it is a wiki…

You can’t publish a guide with just a layout and expect me to make it a wiki. Actually try and make a full-ish guide, and if you want it expand on it I can make that a wiki.

This is the second photo of this I’ve seen. It’s a bit demanding and not really related to the topic. You could have just typed it, or asked a tl3.

I’ve removed it because of the lack of info. This guide should be full-ish before adding it.
