The GimSolvian way to make a map

Hello! Today, I’ll be explaining how to make a map. Not ideas, but completing them!
I made this because of:

also i think we are need of a guide on the forums “how to execute a game well” or something like that because some games have a good idea but terrible execution like some props being wrongly lined up and some terrain being uneven

Is it Unique?

You need to think, has this been made before? Is there anything special or extraordinary that my map has and the similar (if they are) don’t?

Is it Interactive?

You don’t just wanna put an essay. You want the player to have fun, and enjoy your map. To do so, you need to make it interactive. Make it not too hard but not too easy. Make sure the player has a goal a reason to play your game and try to finish or beat it. There needs to be a goal.

Is it Neat?

It would be best if you made it neat. Maybe use Grid Snap to help, but you also need to make a structure. make sure there might be a waypoint here and just easy for the player to go where they need to. Make sure it’s not in chaos.

Conclusion

There are certainly many factors that are involved in making a spectacular map, but these 3 will at least help you begin or start your new map. But always, remember to test your map to find any Bugs!
