The only two that this was announced on are the discord and forums, but the announcement pretty quickly spread to the wiki and wix too, so as far as I know, 4.

In theory, a person could win multiple categories. Yes, there is a first second and third for each category.
The event was just announced, so yes. Just get nominated and win voting.
(To anyone checking in, the post won’t unlock until it is addressed by the staff, which most likely won’t be until Monday, 3/24/2024. I also asked for category mod so something like this won’t happen again.)
