The 74th hunger games!

So I am making a Hunger Games map. I love Hunger Games. I have the Cornucopia, which is a giant gold seashell with a rift inside. But before I get into the woods and the lake and all that, I want to cover the survival aspect because The Hunger Games is not just about fighting other people; you have to survive hunger and dehydration. I want there to be a hunger thing, like if you don’t have food in a short amount of time, you start taking damage, and food will stop that. And I want to have a big aspect that Katniss had to face, which was debating going to the lake by the cornucopia for water. So there will be puddles of water, but they will be hard to find, so dehydration is a risk. I want a faster damage rate and maybe higher to force people together at the lake. And if possible, what can I do for the canon that fires when a player is eliminated, and maybe even like the recap of the day’s eliminations in the sky every once in a while. And maybe we can have a area where you can pick berries and the berries are nightlock so when you eat them youre eliminated

You can use water (item) or shield for water
And for hunger you can use green or brown seed

And i have an item health tracking system that you can modify to make it work in your game

do you have anyone for the Hunger Games?

This is actually a challenge I had to face for a game i’m making. So what you can do for “eating” is you have a checker that is constantly checking the player’s inventory for food and when it succeeds will activate a button (from a game overlay) and it will say eat. Then you can just make it do what you want.

You could add like different gadgets near the cornocopia or like you can make a day and night clycle :slight_smile:

Maybe have a system that will randomly summon sentries, like the butterfly mutts we see in Sunrise on the Reaping could be Flutter skinned sentries.

yeah I want a day and nights cycle and when night starts the eliminated players can be listed or something

and we could use raspberries that you can pick as night lock that when you eat them eliminate you

Just have a collision disabled light gray barrier toggle on and off over a set period of time, with other device systems tied into it. I know there is a way to take player usernames and place them into device outputs, like we see in Don’t Look Down for agent of the month, so if you could find a guide on that, you could make it so that players are momentarily paused 5 seconds after “night” starts, with a list of every eliminated player.
