If a player has an item, but then you want to take it away from them after, let’s say, walking over a trigger. Hook the trigger up to an item granter that grants the exact same item the player has, but make the granter grant the player -1 (or negative however much you want taken away) of that item. This way, a player won’t have some unnecessary item lying around. You can also use things like buttons, and even popups being closed to take the item away! I hope this helps!
Thanks for your guide!
Much appreciated.
Happy to help. I might make more of these or answer people’s questions in the future.
When I tried with zero of that item, it just made me stay at zero. I would rather use invisible vending machines.
Try Negative 1 items instead of zero, or just 1 to grant 1. You have to have that item in your inventory for the -1 to work, otherwise it’ll stay at 0.
Wow, that is really useful. I didn’t know something like that would be a thing! Thanks for the insight!
bump fo goodness
This is -

Thank you! I didn’t realize that it could be negative.

My favorite item was taken! The…bump…
Is there a burmp™ in here somewhere?
I think someone took it away from me…
you can’t have negative one I think
You can.
O_O how is that possible
just enter -1
into the item granter amount.
… I meant in ur inventory
I know you can input it( i’m not new)
I meant you can’t have negative one of that item in your inventory
Who said that?
