How do I use properties to store a value? like money for example, I need to set up a money system so it can deduct every minute, if you run out of money the game ends
Use a counter that changes the property every, say, 60 seconds. That should work! I use it all the time

You can also use an Inventory Item Manager to track the amount of money, and use an item granter to subtract some money.
