Summoner uses a rare slingshot, but has no abilities yet.
Electro uses a zapper and has an ability called Shocker that gives them a 5x boost for 10 seconds, but needs another ability idea and possibly a passive.

So why not a projectile based character

Ability 1: this would have a long cooldown (minimum 23 seconds). A laser activates (starts offscreen) for a short time. (Maximum 2 seconds). The laser should do minimal damage since its purpose is to catch opponents off guard. (Maximum 25) This laser would likely cut through the stage at a weird angle. Having the laser damage the user isn’t a bad idea either.
(Angle suggestions. This is not offering two this is just two choices for the kit)
I don’t think a second ability is necessary for such a weird character. I’ll suggest one anyways.
Ability 2: Once again a long cool down. (Minimum 30 seconds) This ability would set the damage multiplier to 1.3 for a short time. (Maximum 4.5 seconds)
Classic battlefield or final destination would be an easy choice
Another stage gimmick could be items.
Obviously they would spawn after a long cooldown.
Giving gadgets would be way too overpowered.

Chilling Cliffs
Uses a all the snowy props and terrain, is a very vertical map, so if you fall, you might catch yourself, but otherwise will fall to your demise. All players experience a .75x speed debuff due to cold, and screens will randomly white out in blizzards.
1 locked active ability “rage fueled explosive peanut”: you bite off a piece of the peanut giving speed and dmg buffs for 5 seconds and increase a random player’s fragility by 100
one passive ability aka “festering rage”: for each time you get knocked out you gain one rage stack (max of 4)losing 1-2 rage stacks every time you knock a person out
and at max rage stacks unlock an active ability with 1 one use resetting rage stacks after the use of said ability
