Snowy-Survival Style Randomizer without teleporters

How to make a randomizer without teleporters? I tried searching for this on YouTube, but none of them use blocks.

So the map is on my friend’s account, so I can’t take a screenshot of it. There are 9 spawn pads spaced far apart, and after a certain amount of time, roles are given. How do you make such randomizer without teleporters?

you can also use a trigger or something with a block like this

team can be whatever, it just broadcasts on Team1 or Team2, you can also make it do more than just 2
