Rage Game Ideas

Im currently trying to make my friends RAGE while also having some fun in gimkit. We’ve already done a parkour bit I’m out of ideas. Any ideas that will make you feel like a super villian are the kind I’m looking for.

Long, ridicoulosly long slope jumps, remove some parts but add lasers (invisible) on those removed parts, also add a d3ath message like " L L L L L+RATIO EZZZ I COULD DO IT IN 1 ATTEMPT LL"

Make a host only room for you, be able to kill all, teleport them all to a black screen that says “LLLLLLL YOU GOT STUCK HERE L+RATIO”

And just make brainrot all over the map.

My man, this is my thing
ZONE, TRIGGER,WIRE REPEATER. Steps:

  1. Place a Zone: Determine where you want the trap to be triggered. Set the zone’s size and shape as needed.

  2. Place Sentry(s): Position the sentry(s) within the zone’s area. You can place multiple sentries to create a more impactful trap.
    3. Add a Trigger Device: Place a trigger device within the zone or near the zone’s entrance. This will be triggered when the player enters the zone.
    4. Connect Devices with a Wire Repeater (Optional): If you want to delay the sentry’s activation, use a wire repeater. Connect the trigger device to the wire repeater, and then connect the wire repeater to the sentry(s).
    5. Set Wire Repeater Delay (Optional): Adjust the delay on the wire repeater to control how long it takes for the sentry(s) to activate after the trigger is activated.
    6. Adjust Sentry Settings: Make sure the sentry’s settings are correct. You can customize their health, damage, and other properties.

  3. Make some invisible, or close to invisible. Make a lot of them. Carefully consider where you place the sentrys to ensure they are effective and not easily avoided.

Well..
There is an entire traps tag, so you should look into that
You can use uncloseable popups, they actually even prevent you from ending the game
Make many different routes of parkour, all pretty long but only one leads to the end
Make trolls
For instance: player wants to jump on block a, but as soon as they get close, block a disappears, and block b appears in a different location

A game like level dev1l, where there are traps and fake wall/floors, moving lasers, and such.

What if it was just straight up impossible and near the supposed impossible jump you put some text that said “this is possible” and start gaslighting them all threw out the game. Then make the jump look so convincing that they would believe it and comeback another time which would max out your total plays :+1::smiling_face_with_sunglasses::+1:

what about lasers that don’t hurt people but they dont realize, long wastes of time, random buttons that teleport them to traps WITH CHECKPOINTS (dundundunnnnn), head hitters or t-jumps, and random de-buffs?

well, those are pretty easy though.


No checkpoints, and frame-perfect laser jumps. condescending messages, colors that clash, so it’ll be hard to focus, constant changing colors too.

A ton of slope jumps that are very long and one mistake can make you have to redo all of the slope jumps again

and the occasional (meaning 10 secs) notification that says:
“you can’t do it dummy” but that might be too mean? idk

That will have the map reported for being offensive. @gigi1011

How about lots of places that, when you go there, have you end up in a trap?
How to Make:

  1. place a zone on top of terrain, prop, or barrier
  2. channel it to other props or barriers that activate immediately after you enter the zone.
  3. make sure to add button respawn:
    To do this, make an overlay set to button and make the text respawn. Make sure this is in the top right or left so you don’t hit it while trying to jump.

This is a platformer.

What about random speeds every 15 seconds.

invisible triggers, that when you step on it, it shows you goofya jumpscares

I have a good idea.
Rage games are usually depicted as really difficult games it makes you, well, rage.
Take getting over it for example.
It’s hard controls makes it easy to mess up slightly which takes away a chunk of your progress.

So my idea?
Make a game which it is very easy to mess up, and when you do, move all the way back to the beginning!

This has some hard jumps.

I also have some ideas. Here.

  • Invisible lasers and platforms
  • Invisible teleporters
  • Make it so that you have instant reload for gadgets, then place sentries all over the map armed with quantum portals.
  • Set the map as fragility mode, then place sentries to launch players away
  • Secret cave! (With a mega sentry that launches you right out of the cave!)
