Question about making a guide for categories

Continuing the discussion from List of tags allowed for use in the GKC Forums:

Am I allowed to make a guide explaining the different forum categories? There’s only 7 categories + the uncategorized category but I want to know if it’s allowed on this forum. It will be a wiki, explain a paragraph long description of what the categories are for, and go into detail about their uses.

The purpose would be similar to the tag guides, explaining the categories though

sadly I feel like the people these guides are meant for often ignore them
