You can fix it by instead of a using repeater, use a trigger that is repeated with a wire repeater with delay of 1s connecting to the trigger, you can turn off the loop by deactivating the trigger when someone leaves the zone. (I retested it and updated my post)

Sure, it may have started working, but it is inconsistent, I will get back as soon as I can, as I am on mobile: its basically:
Set text: Create text with: Breath Time :
Set text: Create text with : get property breath
The set text/create text blocks are all 1 block.
Just use an IIM that turns off item notification!
