One person team tag?

I need help on making a system where ONE person on a TEAM can tag and the others cant.

Lifecycle -> Relay (Random Player)

'Relay → Switch to configured team`

Also a tag zone for the Random player!

You can grant a random player on “Team 1” an item via a relay (a random player on a specific team - Team 1 in this case), and a checker will constantly check if the player who tagged someone owns the item, and if If the check passes, the “tag” will be successful.

Can you show the wires and the settings? Im a little confused
