Of the old forums? Everyone there (sans me, Navy, and WhoAmI, but I don’t count) isn’t active anymore. I think it used circle, so you could check that out.

What? that was a bit random, and it takes 5 Tl2 flags to remove a topic… so 1-5.

I’ve flagged a topic by myself and gotten it taken down. When I was TL2. The system is a little funky.

Yeah one flag alerts a mod, and it ask them this:
Clicking yes will delete the post, clicking no will unhide it or remove the flag and ignore means wait for more attention.

I am helping on another forum they want it to be the GCC 2.0 so if it can be, that would be great, the GCC was a great idea and was very useful for codes and just random chatting.
