Need help my screen is buggy on gimkit

so I am making a guide and for that guide I am making a video/video gif on my school Chromebook but after about a minute or two my screen turns blue so I hit the back button to go to my map

and I can show you a video if you want me to

but it turns blue after I hit the back button after ending the video because it turned blue

Try reloading or closing the tab and opening it again!
I use the Chromebook too and this always works.
FYI: I changed it to Bugs because this is a bug.

This is a common bug when you take screen shots or record your screen.

@kh44359 beat me to it. Usually the screen turns white or black but, blue, never heard about a blue screen.

Idk that doesn’t seem like a gimkit problem, it might be just your Chromebook.
try using a personal device, if you have one.

ask yo teacher or whoever fixes chromebooks in ur school

well It did this about 5 videos and it is only on gimkit nothing else I even took two Chromebooks this morning to our school tech and explained she said it runs fine

This bug is for every device, I use a Dell Latitude 3140 and still have this bug, @kh44359 (sorry for the ping if you don’t mind) already told you how to fix it on the 1st reply.

The cause of this bug is because when you take a screen shot or record, your computer delays a little and then try’s to catch up to Gimkit but fails, this causes the blue, white, or black screen.
(3 out of 3 colors unlocked lol)

So this could be resolved with a good computer
cuz Chromebooks are slower (usually)

You have to make it a gif
use gif converters

never heard of it. I use c@nva

So if it’s just loading then its the internet.
The wifi is slow probably
