Need help my screen is buggy on gimkit

Try reloading or closing the tab and opening it again!
I use the Chromebook too and this always works.

What causes it…

The cause of this bug is because when you take a screen shot or record, your computer delays a little and then try’s to catch up to Gimkit but fails, this causes the blue, white, or black screen.

Now that’s weird, maybe try emailing Gimkit to see what you can do, like the others said.

Some issues that I think are causing the problem you have:

1. Your chromebook only has 4 GB of ram. That may not be enough ram for Gimkit and screen recording at the same time, which is what I think causes the issue.
2. Faulty integrated graphics - this only happens on older heavily used devices like chromebooks from 2020 or older.
3. Other hardware issues not listed may also be causing it.

If you have a more capable device you can access like a family computer, can you try doing the same thing on that and seeing what happens? A family computer for instance will have more RAM (at least 8GB unless it is an ancient device.)
