My counter is increasing when I dont want it to

Im making a brawl stars game and im making hot zone (search it up) and after the counter reaches 100 it resets but it keeps going while Im not in it. can anyone explain?

@satokk16 What do you mean by it keeps going while you aren’t in it? Is it supposed to go up automatically or is it supposed to go up when something like a blastball goes into it? If it goes up when a blastball goes into it, is it going up without it going into the hot zone? and If its supposed to go up automatically, is it going up while the tab is closed?

I don’t think it’s a duplicate, exactly–
The other topic the OP made was solved and closed.
This looks like a new problem they found with the system.

I think the OP means that the hot zone is a certain area, and while they’re inside that area, the counter increases. But for whatever reason, the counter keeps increasing after they exit the area.

nice! so what’s the target value, and what value does the counter start at?

starts at 0 and counts up to 100 but after 100 is still goes up for some reason

Try wiring the counter to the trigger (target value reached > deaactivate trigger)

If that doesn’t work, I’ll take a better look at the guide (lol it’s early I just woke up)
