Hiii yall! Before I start…PLEASE NO HATE COMMENTS!!
Read this before you start reading the guide.
I HATE when you all say "Too short’ “Boring” and “Easy”. Please don’t! I mostly make guides for newcomers, not ppl who play NONSTOP. So please don’t say anything mean.
Ah, yes…an escape room. A fun game that is easy to make, but at the same time… quite annoying. But, I’m here to show you how to make an easy, fun, and workable escape room!
Step 1: First, build a spawn place for ppl that spawn and the game hasn’t started (ofc)
Step 2: BACKSTORYY!! You need a fun and easy backstory that got you in the room in the first place and use a popup for when the game starts to activate the intro.
Backstory example
“Hello, Detective Gim! You have a new case…a missing gim named “Fair play”. The main suspects are found throughout the room levels. Good luck, gim…you’ll need to hurry before the suspect returns to his home!”
Step 3: Design! The room that you want has to be based on your backstory. And, you can add buttons to have messages and triggers to give more hints. Or, simply hide a key in a large room, and make an “End of Game Widget” that detects the item you are looking for to escape. (The design is up to u, so I won’t make one [copying])
If you want more than one level, you must have the same item and barriers until the final level, then you will need the end-of-game widget and a new item that only detects on the last part of the level.
(The image shows granting the key when found)
Lastly, it would be best if you had the property and that messages at the end of the game. Make it so it tracks an item, so it won’t be too hard to say.
