Elaborate. What do you mean “hit a block and get eliminated”?
What themes do you want? Aesthetics, parkour styles, mechanics, etc
Guessing just putting an invisible laser just above it or a zone covering it.
Maybe use fall damage for it:
Generaly anything map would do as a freefalling like any elemant

No collision barriers or props w/ a laser hidden behind it will work… You can also use a zone so that when the player hits it, you get damaged. (I just really elaborated on Aguero10’s post)
For themes, you can put:
Undertale- It makes sense, falling through a hole into the underground… (Have the players dodge vines and roots)
Darkness- The players have limited viewing, so they don’t know what to expect while falling.
Now can u guys like give me some themes also can i add like ur names to it as credits?

There r 38 levels each level 13 blocks wide (stone)
Well you could do a 4 parter:
#1 is starting from the sea level and going down (maybe the top being a pier and you jump off it). On the way you see fish and sea creatures (could use this - How to create Semi Realistic Fish guide)
#2 is a bit darker version of that, having different fish and animals
#3 gets dark, with sunken ships and treasure lying around, with little life at this point
#4 is pretty much entirely black, with some lights of the anglerfish scattered around.

Level Ideas:
Crystal Caverns: players fall through a dark, drippy cave of crystals… but beware, some are sharp.
Sakura Slopes: the blossoms are everywhere: but be careful, they may conceal branches.
Birds provide a quick relief, a small platform to stand on before they fly away.
Industrial Revolution: go back in time to the “golden age” of innovation, and fall through smoke, steam, and the old-fashioned buildings of 1760… don’t hit a train, though!
Winter Wasteland: the freezing remains of post-apocalyptic Gimkit Creative Forums… foreshadowing? the snow is soft… but underneath it lies deadly metal scraps.
Glassy Islands: Everything here is made of glass. Hard to see, sharp when broken.
Lava Castles: Sharp and dangerous obsidian shards, fire, and lava fountains–but if you get a phoenix feather, you get a chance to save yourself… but only once.
