Making an UCN type game centered around Gimkit lore

ok so basically around 20 minutes ago I was suffering trying to beat 50/20 in FNaF Ultimate custom night, and I thought what if I made my own version in Gimkit?

I will need ideas for mechanics and stuff (since my brain is 1% brain and 99% concrete)
These are the things that are in the game so far (your character must have a mechanic abided by at least one of these.)
(it also has to be a Gimkit character, and you can make versions of it if you want like the Withereds or more.)

You can only have one special system on, (excluding doors, vent Snares, and wet floor sign) and each system takes a specific amount of battery.

Temperature systems
  1. Heater (heats up the office, and some characters can either get pushed back by it or strengthened by it. Takes 1.25% battery every second.)

  2. A.C (cools down the office, and some characters can be pushed back by it or strengthened by it. Takes 1.25% battery every second.)

Scorch

Scorch:
From every 5 degrees from 90 degrees, she will gradually adding flame marks in the right hall, frame by frame. At 120 degrees, she will instantly jump scare you. Keep the temperature at 89 degrees or lower to keep her at bay.

Voicelines

“The fire within me burns eternal, and now you shall too!”
“I am a burning reminder of your misdeeds!”
“Feel how I burned in that Floor of Lava!”

Frostbite

Frostbite:
He will jumpscare you if the office is below 32 degrees. Keep the temperature above 32.
(No voicelines.)

Music
  1. Music selection Disks 1-3 (some characters could require a specific music selection when they’re active. Takes 0 battery every second. Color indicator in the corner shows what disk you are currently playing. (Disk #1 Red, Disk #2 pale, Disk #3 purple. )
Scrapped Sizzlestar

Scrapped Sizzlestar:
When a notif appears on the screen, (voice line), switch the track to #1.

Voicelines

De4th voicelines:
“Seeing you helpless… sounds like music to me.”
“I remember how you have left me for the scrapyard.”
“You ruined me… And now I shall ruin you.”

Stardust

Stardust:
When they are active in Cam 06, activate the global music box to soothe them. When guitar notes notification appear on your screen, it is already too late.
De4th voicelines:

Voicelines

“Maybe you can be my new guitar!”
“Riff will love another companion!”
“I know what you did to her.”

Sunset Diamond

Sunset Diamond:
When a notif appears on the screen, (voice line) switch the disk track to #3.

Voicelines

“Great weather inside, huh?”
“Diamonds don’t shine; they reflect, partner.”
“Greetings from the stars… And the one you should not have scrapped.”

Stargazer

Stargazer:
When active in Cam 06, switch the disk track to #2.

  1. Global Music Box (makes the music in contained rooms go through all of the rooms, and can soothe some characters. Takes 0.85% battery per second.)
Candle

Candle:
When she is active in Cam 03, (the supply closet) use either the global music box or the heater to calm her down.

Moon

Moon:
If the noise ever gets too loud, she will prepare to jump scare you. Use the global music box to keep her in stasis.

Voltage
  1. Flash Beacon (Flashes the cams. Blinds your camera view for 1.25 seconds. Cooldown 3.25 seconds. You need to buy charges from the prize counter (3 coins for 2 charges.)

  2. Generator (When Flicker or [REDACTED] is active, use the generator to repair systems.)

Phantom Patch

Phantom Ghostume:
If they are on Cam 02, 04, or 08, use the flash beacon to make them disappear. If you go too long without flashing them, they will break the cams.

Flicker

Flicker:
Does not have a physical appearance. When active, they will cause your office lights to darken, and disable your cameras. Fix the power generator to regain access.

  1. Fuse box (you can fix any camera if you click the fuse box and pick your selected camera, though it takes 0.45 seconds.)
Doors n' vents
  1. The good ol’ doors.
Gimo_01

Gimo_01:
When you hear a sound cue and see their purple eyes through the left hallway, close the left door.

Gimo_02

Gimo_02:
When you hear a sound cue and see their yellow eyes through the left hallway, close the left door.

Matterhorn

Matterhorn:
If you hear a sound cue, close the right door immediately before 6 seconds before he rams into your office, jumpscaring you.

  1. Vents and Vent Snares (some animatronics may be in the vents, and so 3 vent Snares are on all sides but only one can be active. Every so often, you will get a ventilation warning to click a button in the cams to restore ventilation.)
Spyde

Spyde:
When in the middle vent system, close the vent snare. (will play a “thump” notif when in vents.)

Graveler

Graveler:
When in the right vent system, close the vent snare. (Will play a scrape notif when in vents.)

Toasty

Toasty:
When in the left vent system, turn on the heater to make him go away.

Prize Counter
  1. Prize counter (used to buy a plushie or item whenever a character is active so they leave.)
Geckosaurus

Geckosaurus:
When his fish in Cam 08 in the river is gone, buy him some fish from the prize counter.

Wet floor sign
  1. Wet floor sign disappears after 1.25 after use.
Hydraze

Hydraze: (cam 01)
When you see water footprints, activate the freezer to make him go away. If a “splosh” notification appears, and he’s at your left door, it’s already too late. Footprints will appear every 5 seconds.

Sketch

Sketch: (cam 02)
Whenever he is in your left hall, place the wet floor sign on the left. The doors do not stop him.

Office

Office
12. Characters that appear in your office.

Chompz:
When their jaws are clamping down slowly on your head, you must click “Offer Dinosaur Fihh” to get them to go away. (one of the characters that only appear by special circumstances.)

Dolly

Dolly:
When her left eye is open, buy her a plush from the prize counter. She is very lonely.

T.1

Sentry T.1:
When a Sentry with blue eyes looks at you from the right hallway, flickering the lights, put on your Blue flag.

T.2

Sentry T.2:
When a Sentry with green eyes looks at you from the left hall, put on your green flag.

(gonna add screecher and shade and focus when I have time.)
If you have any more mechanic ideas, please do tell!
If you could, you can also make voicelines for your character!

Are you asking for features that should go into the game (I’m guessing this is top down)

Or Gimkit characters that should be in it?

both; either is fine. (and by characters I mean your selected Gim and what their mechanic is)

Got it, as I’ve never played FNAF before, I still want to try and help with this!

Maybe add a jump scare? I’ve seen guides on it:

Possibly??

Funny thing, I was looking at this EXACT guide 21 minutes and 22 seconds ago :sob:
Yes, I will add a jump scare, (I have a template for it) but I need characters to actually frame it out.

That’s hilarious!

Barrier art is key for this type thing. Do you need help with that??

If not, you should try to add a dimming light type thing. (I just thought of this)
When you enter a curtain area, the “lights” could dim, making it more difficult to see and giving it a horror vibe lol

  1. I already made my office and cam-rooms and vents/air ducts systems lol
  2. I already made that with barrier lighting and trigger loops
  3. I’ve decided my game doesn’t have free roam

I’m a difficulty chart maker :smiling_face_with_tear: :hand_with_index_finger_and_thumb_crossed:

Well, I’ll try to think of something good. I’ll edit this when I do!
@yaypie
what about this guy

if you see him, you have to defeat him
like one of those characters you just can’t stand

Add a basic gims that you need to flash beacon, shut out, or hide from. You can just add a hiding spot in the back of the office.

I already have the flash Beacon and effects ready, the main part I need is WHAT character to flash.

Maybe I COULD make him have a similar mechanic to Helpy, but I don’t think theres a way where a cursor can click something to make something disappear

Oh. Day one  . That makes the most sense.

What would be his mechanic? I feel like they’d have to be either a secret character or an extremely hard character

Like, has a chance of spawning in your office when you get off cams.

just wanted to say
google docs

anyways
1 in 100-1000 chance that the wet floor sign has a funny hamster guy i forgot their name

and that one guitar gim
3 numbers flash on screen (1 2 3 in random order) and you have to play the music discs in that order

im not creative and these are bad ideas that might be impossible to make btw

couldnt you use blocks?

var randomNum = rng(1, 1000)
if (randomNum == 1)
{
broadcast channel on message: hamster
}

focus (<<<< name)

But what would he be stopped by?

I think I cant do the 1-1000 chance hampter thingy (im lazy)
but i CAN do the guitar guy by probably making Stardust as the guitar guy + give them a guitar

do u have a rng guide for that? i know about aubecs guide (seemed the easiest) but it could only have 1 out of 14 chance maximum bc of the 75 block limit

yes :] (please i need lore lore lore)
